Tlidb

**We've added a CLI option for calling the package!**
This should allow for users that do not install from source to run experiments with TLiDB.

This release adds response generation as a task available by default for all datasets


Additional Changes
In this release:
* Losses are included in the training and evaluation logs
* Losses are displayed as loss-per-sample
