Improvements

* Add a `--parallel` option to upload/download command to the client. This allows to provide via-command line the number of images per connection to upload/download, which before was fixed. Yet, if it fails an error will be logged and a new connection will start again without crashing the all procedure.
* Pretty-print process ID and thread name
* Set max nr. of upload retries from command-line.
