Updating the client timeout to avoid issues with block delays to confirm transactions. Also, removing tests for packaging because the Tradehub testnet is not active so all tests are failing which blocks the current packaging job that GH Action follows.

This release is a major upgrade because the way that the classes are interacted with had completely changed from the initial version. This more than likely breaks v1 functionality and has inheritance up the stack and many standardizations.
