Add News Scraper

1- Scrape news headline from providers/symbols
2- Scrape news page content

Refactored the Ideas and Indicators classes to work with the new TradingView HTML structure.
Updated the arguments and methods for both the Ideas and Indicators scrapers.
Resolved the bdist_wheel error encountered during package installation.

* removed loading data from txt file. (Because of a bug about including txt files in the pypi package)
