Final Version used in Master Thesis

- Updated README.md with prerequesites needed for installation
- updated setup.py to be 0.2.3

- setup.py fixed to install package properly (where = 'src' removed)
- README updated with links and setting of GPU via pyclesperanto added

- Adjusted 'generate_parametric_...' to be output as dtype uint32 to avoid problems with napari
- add centroids to regionprops function added
- nice screenshot lund was added as function (returns rotated and cropped high res image of napari window)
- changed 'get sorted list of regprops....' to TRY and opend filles to avoid crashes, now returns nothing and prints an error if no files could be opened

Implemented all functions from personal library into init.py
added seaborn dependency
deleted dependencies for pyclesperanto assistant, napari, tools
corrected dependency for umap to umap-learn
