Add shell completions.

Soon(and of course, no promises), the mode option for `git diff` and `git diff --word-diff` will be released.
I'm thinking of this.
Piping `git-diff` stdout will create the contents of two fields.
Piping `git-diff --word-diff` stdout will create the content of a cloze field.
This will require `--tag` options or environment variables.
