Working state tracking, without abstraction; included in exploit

Now uses a reasonable default meaning for state in state tracking (throws away used information)

This introduces an experimental/preliminary state tracking mode that is integrated into GA exploitation automatically (new states are exploited). Right now, it helps solve examples/maze

Fairly well tested, and has been mostly stable for some time. Recent bug-fixes have been either minor or to quite obscure/experimental features.
