Tvalmetrics

Update the poetry.lock file that was not updated when support for `openai` version 1.0.0 was added.

**Note**: Version 1.0.1 of tvalmetrics was skipped because issues with release workflow.

**Important Note**: Version 1.0.0 has the breaking change of supporting `openai` v1.0.0. Use an earlier version of `tvalmetrics` to use `tvalmetrics` with a version of `openai` less than 1.0.0.
