1.2.5

Tweezepy is a Python package for calibrating forces in single-molecule force spectroscopy experiments. This release is for the Tweezepy paper resubmission.

1.2.0

Tweezepy is a Python package for calibrating forces in single-molecule force spectroscopy experiments. This release is in preparation for the Tweezepy paper resubmission.

1.0.0

This Python package is designed for calibrating forces from single-molecule force spectroscopy instruments. Given a bead trajectory and sampling frequency, it computes the power spectral density or Allan variance and compares them to a model based on the overdamped Langevin equation, using maximum likelihood estimation, to estimate bias-free parameters and uncertainties, from which the force can be calculated.
