- Implements SplitConfiguration() for separated configuration of CV[+] and Jackknife[+]-after-Bootstrap.
- General restructuring within ConformalEstimator().
- Corresponding changes in the test and examples scripts.

- Implements 'BootstrapConfiguration' for enhanced usage of Jackknife[+]-after-Bootstrap:
Allows to predefine a desired terminal calibration set size to be obtained during training for increased controllability.
