New release 1.1 with:
- leave-one-out estimates for discount coefficients: you can either leave out the parameter optimization set OR the numerical search is initialized with these estimates. Seems to produce slightly more accurate models with numerical search & initialization thane before
- improved online LM interpolation
- python module improvements
- some unit testing
- various minor fixes
