Bug fix for incorrect parsing of status bits from `function_201()` and `function_21A()` as base 10 rather than base 16 integers.

Removed further dependencies and reformatted the README documentation.

Reduced dependencies by only importing specific functions and classes rather than entire packages.

Bug fix for an issue where command i71E fails to run unless a carriage return and newline are appended to the end of the command.
