Velociraptor

This is the first release from master.
Current work is focused on development with many updates and bug fixes, which will be the standard.

Bugfix for new catalogue definition by kyleaoman.

Thanks to bwvdnbro, EvgeniiChaikin, and MatthieuSchaller for adding official support for SOAP catalogues to the library.
