Initial release of `vetting`. This package contains the first, simple test for transiting signals; a simple centroid test which will tell the user if there is a significant offset during transit for input transiting signals. The centroid test takes in a `lightkurve.TargetPixelFile` object, or a list of `lightkurve.TargetPixelFile` objects of a single target and performs a simple centroid test, returning a statistical test to the user.
