vsc cleanup` will delete all older, unused vscode versions.

- Add an update message when vscvm checks for an update.
- Improve documentation for if you want to disable update checks.

A startup script is added that checks if a newer version of vscode is available. If it is, it updates the user about it.

- Added `--installed` and `--active` options to `vsc list`
- When uninstalling the currently active version, it now also removes the `code` script and `code.desktop` launcher file

You can now uninstall previously installed vscode versions from the CLI.
