Note there is a breaking change in this release. (skipping 0.3.0 due to packaging issue)

- Add an alternative to atomicx for architectures without it.
- Typo and Typing fixes.
- New tests for Matrix.replug_input, for when the source is an Output. (..and fixes)
- Add documentation to the grouping objects / Breaking change on public attribute name of MatrixGroup
- More Spelling fixes

This allows some outputs in a MatrixGroup not to have a target for certain signal sets, this is useful in for instance a multi-head KVM in there are signal head source PCs. None can be added to the sources list in the group to indicate any 'holes' in the list but they are not considered 'companions'.
