Fix the deprecated sklearn dependency

Fix the uniqueness criterion

Now you can manually give (A, B) as inputs indtead of the dataset. Also changed the default regularization tau to be 0.

Remove import to Tensorboard, since it was only used for documentation purposes

Removed hard dependencies on Tensorboard, which seems a bit buggy on new Macbooks.
Installation issue came from https://github.com/grpc/grpc/issues/25082
