Wsl-windows-toolbar

Updated WSL checks for kernels which report "Microsoft" rather than "microsoft" in Python's `uname().release`.

Added the ability to auto-detect any available menus (e.g. no longer will fail by default if xfce is installed but gnome is not). Also will now advise user if no desktop menu is installed.

Added new usability changes and updated metadata to be hidden from windows indexer.

Added configurable launch directory (so terminals will launch in WSL home by default mainly). However other an alternative directory may be specified with `--launch-directory`. Also fixed an issue with exo-open not working correctly.

Removed debug logging left behind (whoops).

Several changes to tidy up behaviour:

* Added support for shortcuts which expect to run in a terminal
* Added support for desktop Path parameter to honor execution directories
* Updated shortcut working directory to the user profile directory
* Updated launcher script to run bash in interactive mode
