Breaking Changes:
- docker/buildah support has been dropped. Podman is the only build tool that is supported now
- A configuration yaml needs to be recreated use `dagster-uc init-config -f '.config_user_code_deployments.yaml'` to create a new one, you will be prompted to fill in the details
- Support for checking whether the dagster file can be executed is dropped. To keep this functionality, make it part of your own deployment scripts
- Azure logins have to be explicitly enabled in the config
