Netbox-slm

- fixed 404 bug after creating a new installation
- merged device and vm columns in the interface and forms
- added default ordering on version and softwareproduct tables

- either a vm or device destination is now mandatory or raises a form error on installations
- a software product is now mandatory when adding a version or raises a form error

Fixed missing pypi templates

Mvp containing;

- Software Products
- Software Product Versions
- Software Product Installations

The latter can be assigned to either a VM, a Device or both.
