Mostly changes to try and get pip packaging to work. So far seems ok, but required a lot of changes to things well tested. For now, looks good.

0.0.13

Overview
- Pretty much feature complete. However, many features need usability improvements.
- Documentation is _ok_, I think enough is in place that anyone stumbling upon this project should be able to get rolling.

To Do
- Get into pypy and be pip installable.
- Finish drafts of the stubbed out documentation, then do a review pass of all the docs.
- Draw up a simple cost to deploy analysis.
- Add authentication to the GUI stuff ( find someone to properly revamp that entire bit)
- Stop playing around with css styling...
- Document getting running on AWS.
- Build AWS ami ?
- Explore environments where there are multiple IP roots visible (only tested in a single domain environment)
- Write a jira adapter (to print jira ticket info to zebra labels), do more work on SF too.
