Updated setup.py to be in line with new directory structure of MEGqc now including submodules calculation and plotting to disentangle these functionality. Moreover, the computed metrics are located in another submodule of the calculation module.

We have restructured the directory structure of the software and hence we needed to adapt many imports etc. Moreover, we have added remaining plots to the plotting part of the tool, e.g. pie charts for relative power of frequency bands.
