Big stuff/Breaking Changes
- Kube Prometheus stack CRDs are now separated and the CRDs are deployed during the operator phase of apps
- disables zitadel directory recursion by default
- Adds user creation to Home Assistant initialization, adds new required secret keys for supported Argo CD app
- Zitadel will now retry some calls via the api if they fail during initialization
- if some apps are missing from your config, like home assistant, zitadel, metallb, nextcloud, etc, we will now gracefully continue instead of failing

smol stuff
- cleaned up whitespace everywhere we touched
- update all the poetry.lock deps, fixing 203
- fixed link for generic device plugin
- cleaned up some docs on the doc website
