What's Changed
* Fix 1password secure note matching. We were searching for `fly:my-fly-app` or `repo:my-org/my-repo` anywhere in the string, meaning that `fly:my-fly-app-version-two` or `repo:my-org/my-repo-with-a-prefix` would also match.
