This release includes
* Spectral measurement on all bands F1-F8 (415nm-680nm)
* Properties for each band (ie: `channel_415nm`, `channel_680nm`)
* Bulk read property `all_channels` to read... all channels
* 1000Hz and 1200Hz flicker detection
* External LED property with current control
