Adafruit-circuitpython-bitmap-font

This release includes:
* `bitmap_font_simpletest` has been updated
* Migrating this repository from Travis to GitHub Actions. This has no effect on the behavior of the code itself.

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the [Adafruit CircuitPython bundle](https://circuitpython.org/libraries).

To use in CPython, `pip3 install adafruit-circuitpython-bitmap-font`.

Changes in this version:
* `load_glyphs` now accepts a string as input and pre-loads all the characters in the string
