This release includes:
* Migrating this repository from Travis to GitHub Actions. This has no effect on the behavior of the code itself.

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the [Adafruit CircuitPython bundle](https://circuitpython.org/libraries).

To use in CPython, `pip3 install adafruit-circuitpython-dht`.

PulseIn detection is now working correctly and it falls back to bitbanging properly.

- Fixes potential error on first read after device boot up.
- Adds "bitbang" for non-pulseio systems (e.g. Raspberry Pi)
