Adafruit-circuitpython-fingerprint

Added finger_search() function and modified examples to use it instead of finger_fast_search().
The finger_fast_search does not work on the R503 Panel Mount Fingerprint Sensor.
Modified the examples to use finger_search() so they work with both the R503 Panel Mount FingerPrint Sensor (PID 4651) as well as the Fingerprint Sensor (PID 751).
Also added access to attributes for "system_id" and "status_register".

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the [Adafruit CircuitPython bundle](https://circuitpython.org/libraries).

To use in CPython, `pip3 install adafruit-circuitpython-fingerprint`.

We have upgraded Pylint checks to use the latest version of Pylint and implemented usage of Black Python formatting. This does not change the functionality of the code - it is designed to bring it up to current standards and make it more readable.

* Remove pinned Pylint version number from build.yml file
* Synced `.pylintrc` file to match Adafruit standard
* Ran upgraded Pylint and applied any changes or new disables necessary
* Ran Black formatter and allowed application of changes across entire repo
