Re-bundling so we use the right travis tools

tannewt linted and updated travis for auto-genning mpy + bundling

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the Adafruit CircuitPython bundle or the zip from here that matches the version of CircuitPython you are using.

2.0 Release for CircuitPython 2.x+ versions. Note this also switches to use the latest bus device readinto method and your Adafruit_Bus_Device module must also be updated to the latest version. Note also this might not work with CircuitPython 3.0+.

Prep for CircuitPython 3.x which will have `struct` instead of `ustruct`. Thanks to mrmcwethy

To use in CircuitPython, download the .mpy file and copy it to the `lib` folder on the `CIRCUITPY` drive. Or, simply install the [Adafruit CircuitPython bundle](https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_CircuitPython_Bundle).
