Adafruit-circuitpython-tlc5947

Added LED cycling to example.

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the [Adafruit CircuitPython bundle](https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_CircuitPython_Bundle).

To use in CPython, `pip install adafruit-circuitpython-tlc5947`.
