Alali

This release introduces new changes, including:
* help() compatibility with updated docstrings
* integration of topological constraint functions in the molecule class
* updated README with examples
* documentation in the Github Wiki section

Changes coming soon:
* Auto-documentation with help from sphinx/ReadTheDocs: In the meantime, use the python help() funtion.

setup.py has been updated, rdkit has been removed from `install_requires` because it is not PyPI compatible. Now, RDKit is a prerequisite for ALALI installation.

Initial release of ALALI
