Many minor fixes and improvements since the last published version

Test version for integrating with most recent WebUI version 0.8.0

Allow to define a user token without being obliged to log-in with this user account

Last stable version before official release.

To make some more tests for deploying and installing thanks to PyPi ...

Compatible with Alignak 0.2 and upcoming Alignak 1.0

Modified data model:
- 'x' in livestate is for **unreachable** host or even service

This feature improves drastically Alignak's dependency management.
