Alignak-module-ws

This version is drafted to cope with the Alignak 1.1.0 beta freshly released (https://github.com/Alignak-monitoring/alignak/releases/tag/1.1b)

The Web service module do not have any more its own Web server but it is now an extension of the Recevier daemon exposed services. As such, the Web service module interface is available on the receiver daemon host:port on an endpoint */ws*

- more tests
- no backend update when the host send configuration that is not matching the backend configuration. alignak is the master !

**Note** that the 1.5 version was not drafted on the repo :/

Closes 79: backend used credentials are the WS client credentials
Closes 80: reduce log verbosity

Allow to disable Alignak backend background polling
Update module logger configuration and allow to set log level in the configuration

Improve doc and tests
Tests and fix some problems in the host report service

Closes 70: Allow to configure the _feedback and _result properties of the response
Closes 69: set host services as a list rather than a dictionary
