Amdirt

Major overhaul of ancientMetagenomeDirCheck, now renamed AMDirT (AncientMetagenomeDir Toolkit).

This release includes:
- better validation of AncientMetagenomeDir datasets with additional checks
- GUI interactive and CLI filtering of AncientMetagenomeDir datasets to provide ready to use configuration file for a variety of aDNA metagenomics analysis pipelines
- a new functioanality to automatically retrieve metadata from sequencing archives to ease the curation process
- a better testing of the code
- revamped documentation
- a lot of various small fixes
