Amisrsynthdata

Release of version 1.1.2. This performs some minor clean-up of the code's functionality. This release should accompany submission of JOSS paper.

This release fixes some packaging errors that were preventing the package from being pip installable. Previous versions may only work if installed for development. There are no other major changes to package functionality.

First major release of amisrsynthdata. This should include all the initial intended functionality and includes documentation and unit tests. This code should also be compliant with most [PyHC standards](https://github.com/heliophysicsPy/standards) (#8). This provides a command line program for generating synthetic AMISR datafiles in the SRI format as well as a python API to query features of the radar, ionospheric state, and synthetic data.

This is an initial release of the amisrsynthdata package.

This should have most major functionality, but may have missing or erroneous documentation. This should be fixed before the first major release (v1.0.0).
