Adds differentiator component that calculates rate of change per tick.

Remove ControlPointCache dependency in Controller (1104)

* Do no assume default cluster domain.
* The cluster domain can be found via CNAME lookup on
`kubernetes.default.svc`

Improve deb packaging (1048)

- Fix color rendering in post-install script
- Don't overwrite the config file on upgrade
- Configure the agent by default to log properly
