- when free is called, don't return until the 2 daemon threads are stopped

- Allow initialization of ApMon with a second parameter - the logLevel

- Changed protocol (requires ML Service >= 2.4.10) so that each UDP packet includes 2 new INT32 fields
to identify the sender and the sequence number. This will enable ML Service to detect lost packets,
if it is configured to do so.
- ignore parameter with None name or None name.

- fix options for multiple destinations.
- sendBgMonitoring accepts now a parameter to force sending the bgMonitoring, regardles of how much time passed since last sent
- LoadAvg (load1, load5, load15) works on Darwin (Mac OS X).
