* Drastically improved overall logging making the notification process status visible **both** in server logs and through the website.
* Input Format (of Message Body) now configurable and defaults to `TEXT` if not specified at all. Set this to `TEXT`, `MARKDOWN`, `HTML`, or _nothing_ (for bypass).
* `/json` api query now filters by `tag=` kwarg.

* Developer function **apprise.details()** (see ticket 21) which returns meta information for system owners. More information can be found [here on the wiki](https://github.com/caronc/apprise/wiki/Development_API).
