Target outcomes:

- Consensus -- Close review of IBFT, decide on the engineering approach. Have a working implementation merged into Autonity.

- Network permissionning -- Develop Soma contract and integrate with Clique. Build consensus testing framework. Write documentation and do the benchmarking. Merge to Autonity.

- Privacy -- POCs TBC with Privacy team by 1-2nd week of October.

- Benchmarking -- Stable benchmarking platform. Report reviewed and feedback received.
