Autopwlf

Add class attributes to the documentation and outlier detection components (yhat and residuals) to the attribute list.

Added optional method to deal with outliers.
Outliers can now be detected and avoided for the fitting.

Update output of auto_fit method to only output pwlf model. The optimal number of break points is now specified as an attribute.
