This release includes a documentation update to remove Azure CLI-specific examples (which are still present in the CLI docs) and explain how to use `scenario_tests`. It also fixes 23 and 16 to better ensure that Azure subscription IDs are scrubbed from recordings. (Note 25 is still open, so the process isn't foolproof, but that's probably a rarer and less important case to address.)

This release adds `AccessTokenReplacer`, a `RecordingProcessor` subclass for obfuscation of the authentication token returned by Azure for some authentication methods.

This release substantially improves unit test coverage, thanks to troydai.
