We are excited to announce the first release of BABS! :tada:
It currently works on SGE clusters. This includes functions of `babs-init`, `babs-check-setup`, `babs-submit`, `babs-status`, and `babs-merge`. For how to use these functions, please refer to BABS's [readthedocs](https://pennlinc-babs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/).
BABS is also [available on PyPI](https://pypi.org/project/babs/) now. You can install it by running the command below:
pip install babs
