Complete rewrite of the program.

No longer uses pypotrace, entirely functions off of OpenCV.
Merged both scripts into one.
Uses new format for storing vectorized videos.
Can now play vectorized videos without first saving to a file.
Runs via command line rather than changing constants in the code.
All around better in pretty much every way.

This version is not recommended to be used, a new version is about to be released. This is just here for legacy purposes.
