Quick fix for doing line-outs using `GridLayer`.

- Add an enable/disable indicator to the `AxisControlWidget`.

Add to the Configuration GUI the ability to enable and disable the motor holding "idle" current.

* Patch a few missing elements in the documentation.
* Sped up CI workflows with caching dependencies.
* Add more grid layers, `GridCNStepLayer` and `GridCNSizeLayer`.
* Made display of position and target position consistent in the configuration GUI.
* Add ability to skip plotting certain elements with `MotionSpaceDisplay`.

Misc patches from the release of `v0.2.3`, all items add via 101.
