* Updated MCMC trace files.

* Foram species rename. G. ruber white and pink is now just 'G. ruber'. N. pachyderma sinistral is now just
'N. pachyderma'. G. sacculifer has been updated to 'T. sacculifer'.

* Vectorize `predict_d18oc` & `predict_d18oc`. Should speed things up.
