Some sphinx document doesn't hurt, right?

Well it makes files *little bit* bigger, but- but- but--

Guess it is nice to add 'Releases' on github whenever I upload to pypi.

So... Welp. It's my first Release here. Unfortunately it's too late that 0.0.1 and 0.1.0 couldn't make it.
