Added R10.4.1 in the pore_type field for icarust compatibility

This will still error on a new pore_type as nanopore like to make breaking changes.

Tested with pod5 library: `pod5==0.2.4`

Tested on Python versions: `python3.8.16`, `python3.9.16`, `python3.10.6`, `python3.11.3`

- Update to work with new pod5 API, working with v0.0.23

- incorporates fix for digitisation & range in pod5-v0.0.17
- README cleanup
- still has loss of end_reason
