Boldigger2

- due to a bug 1.3.2 broke the identification engine. Should be stable now!

- another bugfix

- increased stability in case BOLD has downtimes:
- If the number of download links in the response from BOLD does not match the query size, a BadResponseError Exception will be thrown
- If that happens BOLDigger2 will wait for 3 minutes, perform a fresh login and then continue gathering download links
- This should greatly increase stability when BOLD has downtimes

- various bugfixes
- Introduced a new type of broken record: "IncompleteTaxonomy". When the taxonomy is not clear for all hits. e.g. an entirely missing class name, BOLDigger2 will return the label "IncompleteTaxonomy". This is comparable to the "NoMatch" and "BrokenRecord" hit and can be treated as such.

Some minor bugfixes, user output about query size, added missing dependencies.

- added an optional argument to use user-defined thresholds to the identify function. See readme for details
