Boldigger3

- Fixed a sorting bug in the top hit selection, since BOLD does not always return the results sorted by identity
- Old output can simply be resorted by running boldigger3 again

- added error handling when the progress is not visible on the page

- BOLDigger will save the requests in the queue to a file, so if the run is aborted it can be continued at any time (immediately, 3 days later) without requeuing the requests.
- BOLDigger will give additional output about the status of the current request, since especially in --mode 3, waiting for the JSON to load can take a few hours. Instead of a frozen output, BOLDigger3 will now update the output once a minute to tell the user it is still working


- catched another timeout error to increase stability

- increased timeout for stability reasons

- reduced waiting time for the results page
- removed the processing page to avoid the unnecessary redirect by BOLD
