This release has the following improvements:
- Removes cookie management from this library in favor of relying on requests sessions. The request lib is more comprehensive with cookie management resulting in more stable connections.
- Remove logging of errors that we expect during power on. They pollute the logs with no real value.

This release has the same changes as 1.0.9 except with some of the reliability code reverted. This release has:
- Adds ability to dynamically switch between audio outputs.
- Improve testing for stale connections.

Addressed bug where some TV responses do not have encoding specified. This resulted in garbage text responses.
